How we fight the flu...

Yup...this is it..it might seem like lots but you must know not all of these are used at once...
Hand washing is the first and most important thing...next to hand cream to cover these washed hands...lol
Some of these are used when you are in the middle of being sick while others are to keep your immune system in fighting condition...

Puffers for the boys are a must right now...and something that is only used in the winter time...right now this is the most important thing for me to give them other then colloidal silver...colloidal fights infection... and as of to day we have avoided an antibiotic on Paul...a miracle in itself...

A fellow blogger asked if I feel better now that I have faced this fear of the swine flu...and to tell you the truth...no I do not yet feel better...may be because the boys are not out of the woods...don't get me wrong...the are not suffering or in very bad shape...but the stuff in their little lungs and the bark that comes out of them make me shiver...I will just be plain happy when their lungs are all cleared up...

They are holding there own...and slowly every day is better...
Today our weather man promises nice weather and so I will take the boys outside for some very needed fresh air after being cooped up for two weeks now...

Lots of love and cuddles are a must when sick...Paul and I have snuggled on the couch covered in a blanket ...just being quiet or even falling asleep...and for those of you who do not know how Gabriel is and why he is not cuddling...well the little guy never stops long enough to cuddle...even a 104 fever keeps him hoping...

So as I continue to dream of spring and of warmer weather...I know all to well how time flies by way to fast...I will look for the simple things...the things that matter the most...and find beauty in the everything...and count my blessings
